My Dad was a man of few words, but since we have lost him, we realise that the few words that he did say made so much sense. He had some lovely caring ways and he is sorely missed .

He was a lovely Grandad. He is missed so much more than we ever could have realised , and will always stay in our hearts and minds.

He was a successful business man and a World War 11 veteran, and throughout his life commented on the work undertaken by the RNLI, and this tribute is therefore very fitting.
